I tried to find some more info on it, but couldn't. Someone did mention they thought it was a "beginner's" version of the hammer, for high school girls or something like that, where they would use a less-weighted, softer hammer.

Guy's still an idiot for standing there.

the gif looks suspicious to me because the camera doesn't follow the thrower and instead keeps both of those people firmly in frame even as the thrower is moving toward the edge

I think the real question is about why there are bottles of ketchup and mustard out there.

(but really, why can't people keep filming when stuff like this happens. They always drop the camera down to point at the ground. It's like ****ing Cloverfield footage =P )

you don't follow the hammer in that shot...you're shooting the thrower.
