It's not really that it's challenging, tbh. It's just that people are mad that instead of the bosses getting progressively harder, it's easy - BRICK WALL - easy - easy - BRICK WALL - easy - easy - easy - BRICKWALL

that design make sense though... if you have a dungeon designed like Icecrown Citadel and you can choose which bosses to approach and work on.

Exactly. Just does nothing but frustrate normal raiders that get stuck on a boss. At least HC raiders can skip bosses by doing them on normal.

Got to say that, just levelling, MoP content >>>>>> Cata content. Except the valley of the four winds has some insanely tilting units / quests.

FWIW I remember a lot of gnashing of teeth over how hard Cata raids were, that died out fairly quickly as I recall once people got geared and learned the fights.

Seems sub optimal to go solo when your main source of revenue is drying up but wtf do I know. Vivendi is horribad any way you slice it.

Maybe it gives them creative control, or some other kind of control that they thought was causing them revenue losses.

Well, Blizz taking one more step to being a subscription based game AND a pay to win game. Being able to buy EXP and lesser charms is pretty lol imo

I haven't been keeping up with things but I don't mind if it's just stuff like that. You can basically already buy xp by RAFing yourself, plenty of people have done that (me included, though only when everything was on sale). Lesser charms, you can just go kill rares for 20 minutes or so and have plenty.

I think gating makes the game feel more like a f2p game than anything, tbh. Like, I considered what all it would take to get my rogue gear up to snuff at this point, and it's basically an insurmountable chore. The rep buffs should help a lot, as well as the reduced rep requirements and discounted epics, but I dunno, there's just SOOO much gating this expansion that you just get beat the **** up if you wanna do anything.

Hell, before the nerf to 80-85 JP heirlooms, it would take approximately 9 hours of solid heroics to get the 1-85 bow. At minimum wage that's like $70. ****ing insane.

The cata raids had some interesting mechanics and were gimmicky more then "hard" ( aka the entire Firelands)

ToT takes the gimmick portion and ramps it up a little bit so you have to be aware.

Good raiders will catch on as always its the bads or the middle of the road ( aka future flex raiders) that can't seem to grasp not dying and maximizing there DPS at the same time.

My Guild has been struggling for awhile and we are technically on Tortos but haven't gotten back to him in weeks.

On that note I app'd a few guilds and got accepted in a 25 man 3 Night a week Heroic run even though I am slightly under geared they are willing to bring me up since they have 0 plate tanks. So back to real raiding I go.

It actually brings up a good point, so i can only bring 50k with me, not that I have much more, what should I look for on there AH to sell that would make me Gold

make a level 1 guild, do a guild master transfer, take all your gold

by all you mean 40k, im technically under the cap anyway lol but since im transferring anyway why not try to make some along the way
