I'm in the same boat, looked into all the AAA titles and am playing my way through the back catalogue. So far have completed
Black solidly constructed FPS let down by too many uninspired levels, enemies that can take to much punishment and bullet impacts that don’t result in satisfying reaction animations. 7/10
Ico Puzzle platformer with great presentation. It has a very deliberate pace slower then the average platformer and that allows it to present a beautifully lit and framed vistas and makes the moments of frantic action as you try to save the girl from the shadow monsters all the more tense. 9/10
Resident evil 4 Great creepy atmosphere, music and ambient noise are very unsettling in this third person shooter. It has a lot of ideas and keeps throwing exciting set pieces at you. Still playing so it might go down hill at the end but so far its 9/10
