I know it's old school but I demand more opponents in Warcraft III Frozen Throne FFA. Server Northrend or Azeroth. I'm terrible but FFA rocks.

Could never get into multiplayer for this game. Got tired of building and army and base well and losing anyway because my opponent could level and micro their hero more effectively. That's not why I play RTS games.

Diablo 1 is the first thing I ever used the internet for. Shortly afterwards came Warcraft II: Bnet Edition and the rest is history.

Love me some Frozen Throne.

Back in the TDA days of DoTA, I spent a ton of time farming up new accounts on the ladder so I could abandon games of Dota whenever I wanted. Hard to choose my favorite race, but if you put a gun to my head it would probably be Undead.

Humans are a close second, but Orc was the easiest to get to the requisite 25 wins with. Raiders are just too good.

The Orc campaign in WC1 is what really happened, so you should play that one. The Human campaign is fun, but in 'reality' the Humans lost that war.

In WC2 they improved on the storytelling and most of both the Human and Orc campaigns are canon. The last few Orc levels are obviously not 'what happened' but the first 75% or so are accurate.

In WC3 it's a linear narrative revealed by playing all races, so yes. SC I beat many many moons ago and do not recall which version of events is correct.

WC3 and the Frozen Throne expansion are my favorite story arc in video games. I highly recommend playing them.

Specific Changes and Improvements

Throw away that old PowerPC Mac in the closet, we've created a new installer to support Mac 10.10 and 10.11.
Improved compatibility with Windows 7, 8.1, and 10.
Fixed a crash caused by Chain Lightning.
Known Issues

Windows 8.1 and 10 saved games are still stored in a location that requires running as system admin.
Some graphical issues with the cinematics are still occurring.
Changes to gamma settings will not take effect in windowed mode.
Cyrillic characters are still not displaying.
Disabled ambient sound while a MIDI issue is being resolved.
Mac 10.9 and earlier are not supported.
Mac build does not support the editor.
