Re: UFC Undisputed 3

i feel like simulation mode is way to extreme. you do two powerful shots within ~30 seconds and you are gassed

i also feel like its very hard to keep a position. someone shouldn't be able to get out of full mount within 2 seconds. i feel like i can't land a punch before they give up their back.

still worth a buy imo

Re: UFC Undisputed 3

Just switched to Simulation mode, changes the game 100% imo. The default mode was a great get-home-and-blow-off-steam beat 'em up, but Sim mode is so much more strategic. Agree with Debo on the severity though.

Simulation is sooo much better. I'm primarily a bjj guy in these games so that obviously helps. Wait for opponent to wear himself out.... takedown... side mount... KIMOURAAAAA

Re: UFC Undisputed 3

Remember guys to make sure you pre-order your copies to get exclusive DLC, not sure if this applies to the US, but they have been whoring this feature on ESPN UK ad breaks.

Hopefully when the game drops, if theres enough interest we could run a couple tournaments/gran prix style competitions. Might be fun.

It's a way of making more money from you after the game has already been released.

You get extra fighters (Nick Diaz, Phil Davies, Brian Stann and Jason "Mayhem" Miller) and i think there is 5 classic matches that are exclusive to people that pre-order.

Im not sure if this offer is to players only who pre-order or if it will be on Xbox marketplace after the game has dropped.

Also theres a facebook page you can "like" to get Alistair Overeem.

Re: UFC Undisputed 3

Sick game so far. Very polished compared to the previous ones also seems to have more depth. Haven't played online yet but its surpassed my expectations so far.

The game itself is awesome. The unranked games r mostly good but the ranked games have been down since it launched.

I suppose it is THQ after all.Id be more surprised if their severs were fine and running around the time of release.

Good to hear the game has lived up to expectations,I'm planning on getting it over the weekend.
