I'm an oldschool Counter Strike 1.6 (pro) Played competitively for a long time. I streamed for about a year non stop last year and stopped streaming regularly when I moved into my new house. Now that life is normalizing again I'm picking it back up.

I am attempting for the first time in my life to play LoL at a high level. Not competitively but grind up the Solo Q ladder. I set the goal from Bronze V to Platinum. I went 4-6 in placements and got put into Bronze V. Currently I'm doing my Promo games to get into Bronze IV. I main Jungle/support.

What my viewers get. Some days after every win I do a random skin giveaway. Anytime I make it into the next League/Division ex BronzeV->BronzeIV I do a random champ giveaway to chat. Also you can earn some currency in chat and turn it in for random things. Stuff from my sponsors store, T-shirts, or Riot Points.

If I do not make it to Platinum by end of season, I am going to do a massive giveaway stream. Hundreds of dollars In Riot Points and cool stuff from my sponsors shop. Should be a long grindy season but going to be a blast. Hope some of you want to join me for the ride!

Have you ever made plat before in league? Why do you think you can get that if never done before? If you have ignore me.

Last year when I streamed thats what I did. (built a decent following/stream in doing so) I took streaming very seriously and played CSGO/h1z1 exclusively. I'm not trying to stream for a living or as even a real source of income. Through out all my years of gaming I've met a ton of amazing people/friends. My stream is just an extension of that. Tons of cool fun people I game with. I will still ocassionally stream csgo/h1z1 or some games like that but this is what I want to do for now.

I have not, but I have been gaming (at a high level) for a major part of my life. I made it to Silver, the only I actually played about 50 games of League. Never tried more than that.

I will not duo w/ anyone in a league other than the one I'm in. So I don't get "carried" but I pick up games fast especially when go all in (pun intended). Realistically I don't think I will make it to plat. The seasons are long though and realistically I think I wont have an issue getting to gold. I've been playing/streaming a ton and already notice a huge improvement in my game in the 10 days I've been doing this already.

But what fun is a challenge if I make the goal something I believe to be easily obtainable?

I'm not gods gift to the gaming world, but I do always listen to helpful hints/tips from viewers/friends. So I still think there's a shot I can get there!

Also I usually play with viewers/friends after some soloQ. We do Flex rank and that's where I practice other champs before I bring them out in rank. Right now I have a couple champs I main, and then some other ones I'm confident not to throw/feed in rank w/ if I don't get my mains.

If you've never played a MOBA before I think it'll be very tough to reach plat but not impossible.

twitch has figured out a way to beat a.d blo.cker.s seemingly, haven't been able to watch lately due to megaannoyingads, anyone found a fix to their fix?

From what I've read, they beat it by actually running the ad through the stream or something and a.d blo.cker.s have declared them unblockable in the current iteration.

I don't really mind too much since it gives a site and streams i watch so regularly some pennies, but I am pretty sick of hearing timthetatman ask for a blanket since they seem to only have 4 commercials

Ah, I'm referring to when a streamer runs ads rather than the initial one when you switch to a stream.
