The internet provides an avenue to concentrate the vitriol directly on the person it's aimed at. There isn't more of it; it just becomes more visible if you're looking for it or exposed to it, which Narcissa definitely is (both). If your main connections to the world are reddit, 4chan, Twitch, and Twitter.... yeah you're going to be exposed to a huge amount of toxic nonsense on an hourly basis. Not good.

Yep, it's pretty clear that her social anxiety levels are off the charts, and fueling it by walking into a negative echo chamber like 4 Chan on a daily basis isn't going to help in any way.

It's why counseling is so important for her. She has like, no coping skills based on seeing that video. It's those that can't figure out how to cope with the negative that end up making the attempts on their lives.

Fat streamers get trolled for being fat.
Asian streamers get trolled for being Asian.
Black streamers get trolled for being black.
Old streamers get trolled for being old.
People with strong accents get trolled for their accents.
etc.

Anybody who's even remotely thin skinned or sensitive about getting online hate really should know what they are in for.

Honestly the streamers that can roll with the punches and laugh at the jokes and donations that are mean spirited kind of "earn" the favour of the masses, a la Gladiator. On the opposite end of the spectrum there's Kaceytron and super toxic experiences like that but that's a bad counter example because it's a troll, but we.

So I was looking for some HS-action on my twitch after The Old Gods released and since I always value drunk cute girls over actually skilled players, I figured I'd check out LegendaryLea.

Not finding her in my 'following'-list I do a twitch-search and still not finding her I check google and evidently she's banned from twitch now because she 'accidentally' flashed her girly bits on stream?

Why even have a thread if we have to stumble across information like this by chance? How has important news like this not already appeared in this thread? Preferably with a link to the event in question?

I don't really watch any streamer. I have them on as background noise while I'm playing other games.

I don't give a **** what game he plays. I don't watch any streamer for the game they're playing. I listen to them while I play games. I personally think anyone that sits on their PC watching other people play games must live a sad and pathetic life.
