Anyone have an idea if this still has a community on Xbox 360? Ended up selling my hard copy to get my $$ back but I see it's now $12.49 with Gold including the season pass. Somewhat tempted to get back in at that price point with all the updates that have occurred since I dumped the game.

It was released 8 months ago, not sure how long a multiplayer-only game with no cross platform capability can sell for top dollar. I ended up not buying it as I didn't think I'd have time to play it, even if the community is still strong. It was fun but failed to hold my interest; I thought perhaps the updates and new maps had injected new life into it.

If anyone is still into this game, they are offering it for $5 on Xbox Gold with all DLC (Season Pass was already free), plus it is free with EA Access so the player base may experience a slight bump. I can only say from the 360 version but it feels vastly improved compared to when it was new, really enjoying having it again.

I had high hopes for Titanfall, but as the population dropped, so did my interest. Feel free to add me, ncsuthedude on 360, I wouldn't mind checking it out again.

I'll add you. Yeah it came along during the tail end of my multi-player FPS phase and I was also hopeful. The trailer blew my mind I don't think I've been so excited about a game in a long time. The execution was just so-so - enjoyable game but probably didn't live up to the promise. With all that said, I'm really liking it the second time around. Unfortunately only a few game modes active, mainly Attrition and the Campaign; they added a lot as the game went on and I would have liked to try some of the other variations.

Not sure it's worth starting a new thread for the sequel so I'll just piggyback on my last post and see if anyone is getting it? Reviews are mostly strong, though this seems due to the inclusion of a very good SP mode and not necessarily the MP. I wasn't really planning on picking this up but Rocket League sort of piqued my interest for multiplayer and I'm leaning TF2 over Battlefield or COD (well I'd get it if they weren't asking $80...). If the MP gets continued strong marks and it drops to $40 on Black Friday, im probably in for round 2 of possible mediocrity!

I've only been playing the single player so far but it's pretty Damn good. Hopefully I'll wrap up the campaign the next couple nights and can play mp.

Given the ridiculous way these devs were treated by Activision after Modern Warfare 2, I hope this game keeps enough momentum to be a significant success. I felt burned pretty bad by what I think was a half-baked idea at full price in Titanfall 1, so I'm just gonna wait for a Spring sale and see if people are still playing it.

If what they accomplished with the second game was done for the first, it would have immediately been a Battlefield/CoD level franchise. Instead, you get a 6 million unit first week "failure" for a game that must have cost a fortune more. Releasing the same time as Battlefield 1 and the new CoD certainly didn't help, but thankfully EA seems to be in it for the long haul.

Randomly got a 43% off discount code from Sony in my email today so I guess I'll be picking this up in the next week. Never had that happen before, let alone for a game I was interested in but on the fence. I was unimpressed with the "technical test", but talk of an amazing sp campaign has me curious.
