Have you tried enabling the 'hardware cursor' setting?

For some reason it's in the graphics part of the options menu.

Yes, I also find that having all the female main characters portrayed as strong and independent women is pretty offensive! Get them back into the kitchen where they belong!

It "only shows white people" because it's setting is the 1100's based on Slavic culture/ mythology...

Much like a game about samurai warriors would feature Japanese people and land and culture.

Or a game about Zulu warriors would feature African people and land and culture.

Or Viking people would feature Celtic people and culture.

Or a game about Mayan warriors would feature Guatemalan people and land and culture.

Do you not understand why there aren't just random colors of people in an area in a timeframe just because you want to be pc and include everyone under the rainbow.

I just had a weird bug and my xbox wouldn't respond. I had to power it down and now the Witcher is saying it needs to completely reinstall (like, it wasn't on my games list anymore). I swear to everything if this deleted my game saves I'll be very very upset.

OP aidsing up the thread of what is already GOTY. This game is so sick, I've played for about 40 hours already and absolutely love it. I'm lvl 23 and although I gotta say the endgame is a little bit lacking, getting there is an absolute blast. I also rediscovered Gwent which is fun even though the AI lolbad. Just buy every card you see and you will beat most opponents, apart from the high stakes tourney in Novigrad where your opponents' decks are incredibly stacked

I had no cards left going into a 3rd round and the only card my opponent had left was a spy. Ship the win lol

I beat the high stakes tourney way too early I think, lvl 14 iirc, decoy + spy + medic ftw

Still running around doing random stuff in Novigrad/Velen, should probably try the main quests soon or I'll be lol op when I do them

Gwent is pretty awesome, for sure. I almost decided to ignore it because it seemed silly to play a card game in such an amazing game but it really does add to the experience in a lot of ways. If you're worried it might take you away from the world, don't, because it actually immerses you in it more. Look up some tutorials on youtube if you want somebody to break it down for you more in depth. It's a pretty simple game to learn with a layer or two of complexity that makes it fairly challenging, at least against opponents with stacked decks.

My personal strategy right now which I've been using with a lot of success is to use a bunch of spies and decoys early on. Usually that means giving up the first round but having a solid card advantage in the last two that I can exploit. With the leader card that doubles seige attacks, some powerful units that stack alongside each other, and an intelligent use of weather cards you can win a lot of games against decks with way better units than yours.

I don't think you need Celtic people in a Viking game.
