First search that site for your screen name, then copy that link. Then go back to 2p2 page and open the manage characters link and paste your link into that to add.

Generally divisions will be updated once every 24 hours, but if somebody updates a character manually then a division can be updated sooner than that.

The top 100 players in in 1v1 will have their divisions updated hourly.

You can always force a refresh of a division by going to a character inside that division and using the "Refresh Character" link.
