Unless there's also been an announcement from the publisher about a release date, I think retailers tend to be unreliable about dates they list.

TBA: Gran Turismo 5 PS3

Holy **** this has been in development since Christ was in middle school. 4 wasn't even that great. You'd think with 5 year development cycles this would be the greatest game of all time.

ModNation racers for PS3 comes out in Q2 2010. It's from the Play, Create, Share whatever. Same initiative that brought LittleBigPlanet out (not the same development studio though). Should be interesting for those big create your own crap fans.

Doesn't seem like there is really anything else good coming out after today (God of War 3) --- at least that I am looking forward to. I think the next game I'm looking forward to is Fallout New Vegas, and the new Medal of Honor looks pretty good.

Maybe that's a good thing though.

Was thinking about Red Dead Redemption.

lol yeah maybe now i can make a dent in my backlog of games.. this past holiday season was nuts

i do think ill want red dead redemption/alan wake/alpha protocol but prob dont need to get all of them at release date

I never looked into those other two. I'll check them out. Maybe the fact that they aren't being hyped yet hasn't put them in my radar. I see Alan Wake is not on PS3 so won't be getting that. Maybe Prince of Persia. I'll have to check that out.

I have GoW2 and 3 to get through and my journey to 10th prestige MW2 needs to pick up speed.
