Is this just some random lame fanboy stuff? I don't understand with all the updates with all these features, price drops, Release/DLC drop firsts how MS is getting "face****ed". You could argue for the other side as well.

It's great that the PS4 has some killer games the xbox doesn't and a lot of "arcade" games. I just don't see such a disparity between them anymore.

With regards to sales Sony is crushing atm. The gap can be closed still but at the moment Sony have a pretty big lead.

"face****ed" wouldn't be my first choice of adjective, but it's not far off the truth - in these quiet summer months, MS are selling less than 1 Xboxone for every 2 PS4s worldwide, probably more like 3:1 currently... maybe even 4:1.

The gap is relatively small in the USA right now (I *think* less than a million units, not certain), it can perhaps be closed there - worldwide I think is pretty much a lost cause already. [insert Don Mattrick quote here]

Yeah totally. They blew it in the beginning. But I was speaking of features and games and what not. Consoles will keep selling. Xbox seems to be on the right track now. Maybe the numbers will change /shrug.

I've played a ton on the PC but never on PS. How is the looting, crafting, and inventory management on the controller? Clunky? Slow? Or is it done pretty well?

I've never played on PC, but by many accounts on neogaf Blizzard have done genius work. There's a few radial menus operated with left stick and X / Square, and some scrolling lists of items. It's very fast. Pretty smooth. There is almost zero loading times anywhere. For me I can't really imagine playing this on keyboard/mouse, it feels totally made for dualshock 4. I also can't really imagine it without direct control of your character.

Yeah the no loading times thing is awesome. Inventory handling is not that great imo; let's say you go to inventory - helmets and select a helmet. If you hit circle button to go back it should go back "one step", with you staying in the helmet category but it kicks you all the way back to the inventory main screen so looking at / comparing multiple items of one category sucks a bit (but def a first world problem).

yeah this got me a few times - figured the trick just today - instead of circle to go back it's square (compare) again, it's like a toggle. alternatively up/down on left stick while in compare mode will select the next helmet in line to compare with currently equipped.

Edit: Also another top tip: Options -> Gameplay [x] Elective Mode, This I feel is a "must have" that I didn't know about at first. Lets you assign any power to any button. The necessity of this may vary with different class, idk. It's super handy on my noob crusader already, so I can have both Smite and punish equipped at once.

While here I also check all the other boxes, except "Display Player Names". Love me some health bars and flying numbers Destiny style

Playing Diablo co-op on my buddy's ps4. Pretty fun two hours in but wonder if it will get old after a while being a button masher and all.

Played TLOU Remastered and it's amazing how much better it looks on ps4. Such a good game.

Having had it on PC for a while, I can assure you it does last a long time before it gets old. With the levelling and the finding of rare items, it also helps playing in groups which I find a lot of fun.

Loved the atmosphere, but I think I messed something up. I ended up in a loop where I went through like 30 times and nothing changed (Went through a bunch before that and saw/experienced things). I gave up and quit.

How long are the PS servers usually down during maintenance?

I bought Last of Us and I'm dying to play it but I'm not sure whether it has to be started while online or not.
