I assume the next event will be Easter. It will probably be something to do with eggs. Who knows if there will be double xp.

How many of the new pokemon are even worth using in a gym? Obviously blissey is god, but so far I haven't found many (any?) others that are worth much.

If the next event is christmas again, then I'd say fk it, I rather get to lvl 30 asap to catch higher level poke's in the wild. If easter or something could be such an event, I'd hold on to it.

There have been events for Halloween, Christmas/New Years, and Valentines Day. I think a lot of people are assuming they'll do something for Easter - and eggs being involved in some fashion seems like a lock if they do.

It's just you never know if an event is going to include double XP or not until they announce it.

this was me vs this red team husband/wife couple that would cruise around at midnight together and kick me out of all the gyms I was in. I noticed after about 2 months of back and forth they finally gave up. They live in my neighborhood so I came across them on facebook and from the wife's posts, it seems like they had a rough breakup. I like to think it was our pokemon go feud that did them in.

I didn't really think about it until it happened to me this morning. I caught a Hoothoot and it turned into a Ditto. I was still in the mindset that only Pidgeys, rattatas, zubats and magicarps would turn. This was a surprise to me for sure.

What trackers are people using these days? A Crobat popped up around the corner from my place last night and while I was out catching it three different cars pulled up with people also catching it. Kind of loled at the silliness of it all but would be nice to know if a rare is hanging out somewhere just outside of the immediate area.

I use some twitter bots that tweet the location and stats of interesting things near me. Not sure if you might be covered by a similar bot, or if there is anything better.

Is there a more annoying pokemon than murkrow? They're everywhere, they breakout constantly, they are ****, and they don't evolve. I still feel compelled to catch them though to work on the dark type badge.

I hatched a tyrogue tonight but unfortunately not the right type to evolve hitmontop. That could prove to be a tough one to add to the pokedex if they hatch as rare as the hitminlee/hitmonchan did(?) and you get unlucky on the ones you do hatch.

Spent a few hours in DC before work. Caught my first Miltank, evolved a Slowking and a Togetic, so consider the trip worthwhile. Hatched another Larvitar as well.

Sneasel is exactly the same for the record - pain in the ass, no evolve, not strong enough to gym.

I don't know how common they are in general, though.

Yeah I don't bother catching Murkrows anymore. Still have yet to see a Swinub or Sneasel anywhere, even though they're apparently super common in lots of places.

I'm like 3 dark type away from my gold medal, then I can ignore as much as I like.

Given the many mentions I expected Swinubs to be at least not uncommon, but I don't see them much at all. I have Woopers coming out of my ears, though.
