Yeah, seems like you should just default to dragon, chansey, rhyhorn, or snorlax if you don't have any evolution targets.

Well I caught 8 new Pokémon tonight just casually playing during dinner and evolved a Blissey and a Crobat. Will do the name trick for the two Eevee evolves later as I have scads of them saved up with candy to spare.

Definitely going to do a day long D.C. trip my next days off - for me it was always about catching and evolving new stuff.

Also I really need a Poliwhirl worth evolving for the new line, I've got tons of that candy as well.

Really kind of pissed they didn't do a base +100 or something for item and Pokémon storage but I guess I've already sunk money into the game a few more bucks to make sure I can store all the new items and mons is worth it, I just think they should have done a base increase for player who can't really afford to sink money into the game.

I think DB+DC are both legacy movesets on dragonite, you can't get them anymore. Im sure it's the same for a bunch of other Pokemon

I just realized that an egg hatched while I was catching the gen2 so no bug.

Super bummed to see my Lapras nerfed (2,503 became 2,197), but quick research tells that this nerf should have already occurred in November but for some reason it was delayed. Also the quick attacks are slow af.

Upgrade is used to evolve Porygon, evolve it like any other Pokémon (meaning you also need enough candies) and the Upgrade is automatically consumed from your inventory.

Walked about 20km today, got Militank and Pineco from 10k eggs.

Anyone know if eggs are predetermined? Have a few 10ks I started before update, can they become gen2?

Eggs are determined when they come out of pokestops, so no those eggs will be gen 1/ babies
