well. i didnt find a key this season, so i decided to buy one so that i could experience THE RUSH and have something shiny in my stash.

Beta Hype, Beta delivers!

Visuals - Absolutely stunning
Mini-Map Overlay - One of the best changes I could have hoped for
New Bosses - Quite Fun, a little over worked but man its nice to have a HC challenge (Pantheon re-works are awesome for defensive builds)
Music - One of the best soundtracks i have ever heard (Spent an hour just chilling in A5 listening to the soundtrack)

Some QOL changes:
- ES builds are now much less OP, regalias now hit a max of 700 (Compared to 990)
- Double dipping is gone, creating harder bosses (Very noticeable)
- A lot of new DOT support gems and prefixs now rolling on items
- Life has been re-worked with a lot more Armour scaling and Hybrid builds working
- A lot of Bleed/poison/burn builds are now viable
- Huge re-work to bandits, and tedious side missions (A3 especially)

If you are an avid POE player, id recommend this entirely, great value for $30 for a guaranteed key (But they seem to be sending waves of keys randomly).

By the sounds of it they will be releasing Act 8 in a few weeks, with 9-10 being released upon end of Beta.

I can't believe it took them five years to make a map that is still bad but doesn't cause immediate eye bleeding.

I think I'll wait to have a blast on release.

I have zero desire to play the beta,its great for streamers but I dont want to be a paying tester and its a great occasion to clear backlog on top of that.

I've moved house into a tiny new place, so no room for my PC, and I don't want to play with 10fps and no graphics.

Vendor every single bow that's not a Unique, way too many builds need fork/extra arrow/7 gem link, unless you start pushing 300+ Phys, but even then its rare.

The only one You should keep is the +1/2 gem and move speed (Maraketh), as Cautistic arrow builds need this specific bow.

Being a noob. Can someone explain what's going on with that belt.

It's a Headhunter (one of, if not the most valuable unique in the game, you can tell by the art) that got downgraded to a rare belt by the corruption from the sextant mod.

That is soul crushing.

Probably need to start recording my sessions if I'm going to keep banging my head against the hardcore wall. About half the time I RIP I have no clue what happened. This is without even going past T3 maps.

I can't really tell you what you're doing wrong in game (like if your killing yourself on reflect or stacking yourself with corrupting blood), but I know the gear check for HC pretty well.

Pretty sure gear was ok on the Inquisitor. IIRC I had like 4600hp, 1400ES, 65/65/75 resists.

Pretty sure that not being resistance capped while mapping in hardcore is a huge issue.

Those resists are after merc/cruel reductions. It's still a problem?

you're gonna wanna be resist capped for merc (134 or 135 in h/o i believe). then you're gonna have to reroll any -max res and elemental weakness. To run those maps you're ognna wanna have 169 res in h/o
