Yeah apparently they started flagging accounts around 2pm ET and will do so for 12 hours from that point. I haven't gotten it yet, but there's still supposedly hope.

I somehow didn't get one despite having connections and feeling pretty certain I'd get it.

A little bit tilted tbh. I'm sure they'll announce at Blizzcon "in a week we'll be flagging more accounts" and continue doing that for the next little while until the open beta. I'm not too concerned.

Have watched some streams, the game almost looks more confusing than fun. Like it's almost too fast paced to properly react or strategize to specific classes, you just gotta keep running and shooting people.

Looks like TF2 without a scoreboard or the stupid addition of crazy items. Back when TF2 was a solid game.

If it goes with the Heroes of the Storm pay model though, I'm not even going to install it. I realize I'm in the minority on this.

Either go full Orange Box, charge me for the full game and let me play it without needing to grind 500 hours to unlock everything, or go with the Dota2 approach, give me the full game for free, and charge people money for purely cosmetic Santa costumes.

Have they announced their intentions yet?

Hah, Overwatch has aim-assist and hitscan weapons on some guys. Surely that'll never be taken advantage of by less scrupulous individuals...

Sitting here watching a Twitch stream, and I honestly can't really see the difference between this and TF2, albeit slightly faster paced. This streamer is doing well, but seems to randomly die to 1-shot mechanics against certain heroes.

The guy with the Pudge hook seems largely unkillable. The TF2 Engineer guy seems useless.

Definitely something all my kids will wind up playing. Run and gun chaos with no scoreboard or respawn timer is right up their alley.

I've been trying to watch a stream here and there and watch different streamers and I have yet to really see the fun of this game. I'll also admit I was never really a big fan of TF2 and my FPS days from MW2 are way behind me.

I'm sure once I get the opportunity to play I'll give it a try.

Also, I've said this a couple times, but for everyone who is upset they aren't in yet, just remember that you'll forget how bad it sucked to wait once you get to play. I know I was really eager to play Diablo 3 and Hearthstone, and now I really don't care much about either game. I'm sure that is the same for a lot of people.

i think its gonna be real fun if you can get a 6 stack or even scrim with a team and stuff.

I dont think solo queueing will be that fun or at least not for very long.

To be fair thats the case with most games like this
