i think people are forgetting that ranked isnt even a thing yet. once ranked comes in, quick play will be the perfect place for the 35% winrate hanzo to do his thing.

I think hidden MMR + matchmaking will split the two groups. If you pick the heroes you are "supposed" to, your mmr will raise and you will be with more likeminded people. The "hanzo no matter the circumstances" won't be able to get their mmr that high unless they're godlike.

I think part of the problem is I am much better with basically everyone but Hanzo so the hidden MMR, if there is one, would screw me.

Looking for some tips to get better. Dont seem to be very good. I main Reaper on Attack and Bastion on D. Any tips to get better SPM? Seems like I usually get golds on objective every time.

I am not that concerned with actually winning. I am fine with losing to a better set of players (though ideally, not a premade set....)

I just hate it when we lose because we did something dumb. The point of the game is to play as a team, and when the rest of your team doesn't realise that, it's frustrating.

I think we can tell how selfish someone is by the percentage of time they play healer or tank. By the number of times they pick the 3rd Genji. The world is all about me me me after all.

What does it say about someone that they think their enjoyment is worth more than that of their team mates?

The person who gets that the game is for their own enjoyment.
Why do I care about 5 random people that I will never interact with again in my life. Thats just irrational.

If you play well you will get paired with people who are good at team play and value winning, if you arn't good enough for that well "git gud"

reaper is weak to long sight lines like in dorado or kings row and Bastion really needs a team to play on defense. Defense needs consistent heros and Bastions immobility means you can get wrecked very easily, defense needs to wipe multiple times while offense just needs 2 or three wins and its game.
