This is obviously a bummer for me and I think it's ****ty for them to alter characters so drastically. I understand people thought she was OP but she seems pretty underpowered now. I see her played much less and rarely play against game changing DVAs.
So maybe I just got unlucky, but I can't help but feel she needs another change. She's still solid on defense I find, but she doesn't deal enough damage on offense now and most characters can get away before she can finish the job / or your giant hit zone gets ganged up on.
I think this is a huge problem with Winston already not being a viable tank for the most part. Thoughts?
I think it's pretty dumb of blizzard to make two changes to a hero at once. In my mind, she's just a bit weak on the armor side of things now... but her damage is prolly fine. She did as much damage as a ton of DPS characters in her former form, which is pretty ridiculous given how much HP she has (even still). I think they should knock her armor back up to 250 or 300 and see how she does.
But people didn't "think" she was OP... she was ungodly overpowered and made me legitimately not want to play the game. She was a functional 700 HP DPS that could fly around like an invulnerable spaz, swallow entire ultimates with very little effort, blow up entire teams, and survive even when she died with her terrifying mini dva form. I'd much rather see her as a situationally good hero (which I think she still is, especially in < masters), than a must pick. People just learned to play her as a completely invulnerable hero, and need to readjust to play her more like Winston... who is really the weakest of the group still.
