He was a beast the first half of least season, I think his stats are pretty representative of how he is now.

is there a way to:

filter the calender at the top of the screen to only show first team matches (or whatever)
order people not to shoot from long distances
tell scouts to search for specific positions (e.g. right backs/wing backs)

yes - individual tactics - advanced. also if a player likes to shoot from long range (on his positions screen) you can interact with him and ask him to stop
yes - when you're setting assignments, you can filter out by position or age or whatever you want
