Do you keep the line that is the most rested it there or do you try and keep 1 and 2 mostly out? Do you change any players position pre game?

The only line changes I make sometimes is the PK, because I always end up with a ton of penalties. Since I play with Chicago mostly, it's great to have someone like Hossa who is fast to just jet down the wing to score, or if using LA, Gaborik.

Also, I do the same as Mike with line changes. Just make sure your 4th line never gets any ice time and you should be good.

Mike do you actually play D or do you let the computer play D? The guys I always have trouble playing against most are the ones that let the comp play D while they collapse in front of the net.

If you let the computer control the defender closest to the puck, you are a bitch. I always control my defenders.

Exactly my thoughts.

Any tips on how you can exploit them? I really have a tough time playing against guys that do this for some reason.

I like to spread them out and then try and find somebody on a wing for a one timer or get to the slot and rip wristshots. Passing a lot > skating right at them.

Just realize people who let the CPU defend are usually bad. The CPU will never step up on a hit when you're coming into the zone so keep it wide. Behind the net works well with people like this cause the cpu usually struggles with defending that. I run full forecheck full NZ and aggro offense and normal D, depends on line/their defense what offense type I use. Pref overload PP.

Here's a small list:

CPU goalies
- when playing the puck behind the net, they constantly flip it over the glass or touch it in the restricted area.
- when playing the puck in front of the net, on a dump in or soft shot, they'll randomly decide to play it out to a CPU dman - who then gets it taken away immediately with the goalie out of position. That is, if the puck isn't played directly to the other team in the first place.

CPU skaters, actually there's tol many to even list, specifically the dmen.

By far the worst and most inexcusable AI glitch in EASHL is the complete and total inability of the CPU dmen to keep a weakly cleared puck in the zone on the PP.

Like they legit turn into the bubble hockey guys that can only move in one, predetermined straight line.

Is this in vs and eashl nutshot? I know what you mean about the goalie AI passing it out.

Really silly that no actual gameplay videos have been released so far. The game is two months away from launch so it should almost be a finished product by now.

Nonetheless I'll be getting it and probably will be pretty active in the EASHL as long as it doesn't suck. Otherwise I'll be playing primarily VS where I actually used to be pretty good back in the day. Maybe I'll even get into HUT if they bring it back, who knows.
