I wonder how exploitable the new skating system is going to be. I see the potential for really cheesy and unrealistic gameplay. Definitely pre-ordering though. Hopefully this will be the year where I can play online without horrendous lag. If not, I suppose I'll be playing lots of Be A GM.
Also a bit worried about the goalies becoming even more superhuman. Those saves are supposed to be once in a blue moon. If they're able to 'anticipate' these cross creases with regularity the game is going to be a major source of frustration, especially online.

2. goalies are pretty horrific now and becoming even semi quick-like would be a huge improvement
Most likely picking this up after a two-year layoff.
Not sure how much time I'll be able to devote, but I'd love to play some online Team Up with folks like in years past -- preferably fellow casual players.
For most people offering what it seems to be refurbished or used for $80 Id almost just spend $200 for the peace of mind that its new and under warranty
they also might still have consoles available that don't come with the hard drive that you can get on sale for $150 a fair amount of the time. thats what i did a few summers ago when my 360 was having issues and just put my hard drive on the new console
