Once again, depends on how late. very vague question T_T, I aim for around 15 rax, 3-4 reactors depending on how zealot heavy his composition is, more zealots = more marines
-where are your upgrades typically
Depends on the build, i believe most builds aim for a double ebay at around 9, and with upgrades, you basically never want to make units to delay it unless you absolutely have no choice.
-typical marine/marauder/ghost ratio?
Once again, if its a very heavy zealot composition, you could basically get 1.5 marauders - 1 marine, very heavy stalker or just normal composition you want 2 marauders - 1 marine, late game its good to have 6-10 ghosts, midgame get as many ghosts as you can afford and just bring them around with your army, you prob want atleast 3
-typical viking count (upgrades?)
constantly upgrade vikings, its very important because if they upgrade armor you're getting nerfed basically twice as much.
There is no good ratio, if they stop at 2 colossi you want around 8 vikings, otherwise if they just have a ****ton of colossi just pump vikings off 2port with 1 armory for the ship upgrades.
sounds ****ty, but i want to ask all the exact same questions for TvZ...
-orbital/planetary count, If you can you want to get a really fast 3 orbital and stop at 56 scvs for a HUGE 200/200 push while dual prong dropping so you can get to their base faster.
-production 2 base, 5rax-2factory-1reactored starport, 3base 8rax-4factory-1reactored starport (get ready to get 3 for the impending broodlords)
-upgrades
-once again depends on the build, but ideally upgrades are the most important in this matchup i think, you want 3/3 as fast possible, so if you're doing a fe build consider 8min double ebay, 9 is fine if you're pressuring.
-marine/marauder/ghost ratio - ghosts? if you're not going for a push and splitting the map you want like 20-30 ghosts, marauders mainly if they go ultralisks, you want atleast 3 techlabbed rax.
-approximate medivac count/tank count/thor count
if they are going inf/bl you want a good amount of thors, 3-4, you want to keep medivac count rolling CONSTANT DROPS. This is the thing that a lot of people are missing in TvZ against Mutas, if they go mutas its more incentive to drop. They are harassing your main? Load up a drop at your 3rd and go to a base opposite to the mutas, go to your third? load up a drop at your main etc. Once again, if its a split map situation, you want a hefty amount of tanks with PFs in the middle (shakuras for example) 8-12 would be my estimate.
also what are you doing right as you max in each instance (adding any more production or adding orbitals?)Max in TvZ? Depends on the map, you want to be constantly dropping at 150 supply, marines are like zerglings, just throw them away. If its something like Shattered/Shak just dont push and split the map, keep building bases/production.
Max in TvP, you want to constantly be aggressive in this matchup, so generally PUSHPUSHPUSH. Max in TvT, if they are going mech you want to constantly be doing plays in which you make the mech the move, TRADE ALWAYS. If they are going bio, its most likely a better decision (assuming equal army/upgrades) to just play defensive/try to take the center position, (shakuras) turret all your bases to deflect drops. LATE GAME TVT MAKE SURE YOU THINK ABOUT WHATS COMING NEXT. I.E. GET 5 STARPORTS, RAVENS/BC'S/GET THOSE SHIP UPGRADES RIGHT AS SOON AS YOU KNOW ITS GOING LATE.
