So I have been messing around with a few different games, and was wondering if anyone has come across something that has elements of all the ones I am playing.
Basically the sandbox nature of minecraft (to be able to effect the world around you in a ton of different ways)
The economy of eve
and the survivability of dayz
I would love some sort of MMO like this where we get to build our cities from the absolute ground up, economy and all, then have consequences to death. I have never come across anything quite like it, but would be so into it. Anyone seen anything like this?
The only reason I do not say minecraft is the answer, is cause of graphics. I need some sort of high graphics game.
I hate to tell you, man, but you may be good candidate for this brand new game. It's pretty popular and it has everything you're after - amazing graphics, a huge economy, and high consequences if you die, it's called:

Spoiler:
reality
I find it way to hard to stomp noobs in that game though. I am looking for something a little easier to roflstomp.
I was actually hoping for a better response from you, as you obv have a huge knowledge of games. Kinda bummed out that you cannot think of a game like this.... means one probably does not exist.
ok, so since I may not find my target audience for a question like this here, can anyone suggest a forum or place that might have a base of people that may have info? I have no idea why I am so into an idea like this, but I really am.....
Archeage is aiming at this market - it doesn't quite have the buildability of minecraft - you can plant trees, build houses/palaces/massive ships and go fight other people/etc and destroy their property ( 3 faction ).
eve + minecraft sounds like a really bad game anyways.
explain why you think it would be bad. I am genuinely curious. (and I am not meaning a total hybrid of the two games, I mean a game that is very sandbox, with a player driven economy that works. Specifically, what about that sounds bad?)

Doesn't have harsh death consequences though.
Won't be out in NA/EU for 14-15 months either.
Just watched the yogscast beta let's play. Seems like a pretty solid game. Probably the closest thing I am going to get to the type of game I am looking for. Cheers for the suggestion.
