Yep. I bought a year subscription last summer and I've been extremely pleased with the selections.

Games have been solid but I've played Darkest Dungeon (also bought from Humble but not in bundle) more than all the monthly games combined. I bought my first one to get Ark, tried it once and it was down, and that has been that (tbf that bundle included Wasteland 2 which I had already played through and loved).

I thought getting Witness for $12 was robbery. Such a great fun game. Easily worth the $40 list price.

Steam Makes Changes To Gifting System

Boo. You can no longer buy steam games as gifts and then have them sit in your inventory until you decide who to send it. I loved that feature. Great for the holidays.

Yeah, really sucks for steamgifts

Edit: I also love how they spontaneously changed it with no notice. Apparently they are now deleting new community threads about it.

Helps with a lot of the G2A and Kingpin guys who use gifts to sell.

Finally found time to fire XCOM 2, I have a feeling I'll love this game as much as I did the first one, even though I suck at strategy games and I had a few attempts at XCOM before loving it and beating it. However it boggles my mind why it's still relatively buggy? The cutscenes are choppy and out of sync at times (which seems to be a common issue), there's some wallclipping, I've seen menu **** up as well when tried pressing 'make items available'. I thought I'd enjoy the game bug free when playing it 15+ months after release.

I'm guessing this is device dependent. I haven't seen any of that on my laptop.

I encountered the 'make items available' bug. Apart from that and very long load times the game runs smoothly.

Yo RPG dudes, what do I buy:

Pillars of eternity: The White March (the expansion, 13€) or Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced (20€)?

For the HumbleBundle Monthly, is there a window of time where the rest of the game packages are revealed but the deal is still available for subscribing?

Nope. It's a crap shoot outside of the early download games

Thanks. Yeah I figured that was probably true but I thought there might be an outside chance that they did it on the last day or something.

Thanks weeeez. I got your They Bleed Pixels. Platformers are fun! This one looks ridiculously hard - lol.

I'm also going to grab Stellaris as a gift to my son. He loves any type of 4X game.

I have put a lot of hours into Stellaris.

Its a game that suckers you into playing it, then you are at an OH moment when you realise all its features are badly implemented, buggy and unbalanced.

Whilst you are in the suckered phase you will enjoy the game alot, once you have the OH moment expect to not start the game till the next patch/DLC, at which you will have a suckered phase all over again, another OH moment, then patch and repeat.

Deeply frustrated by this game and its devs.

Yes, depending on what platforms you have available though. Personally, I think Persona 4 Golden is the 2nd-best RPG after Witcher 3, but most people don't have a Vita. For me, the game was def. worth the 200€ cost of the game and console, I simply sold them for the same amount afterwards

If you have PS3, Persona 3 and Persona 4 are downloadable via PS Store.

I also think Golden Sun is still amazing. It is for GBA. You can probably pick up the console and the first 2 games for around ~60$.
