Steam prices are the same in Canada/US so its not a regional price thing. Probably just temporary.

replayed Max Payne 2 a few months back with some mods installed and it was still very fun...haven't played 1 since it was released, might have to buy it and give it a shot

Make sure you get the "Grand Theft Auto Complete Pack" for $12.49 instead of "Grand Theft Auto Classics" for $10.19. The latter doesn't have GTA4. Way to be confusing, Steam.
