Codemasters racing pack with DIRT 2, DIRT, FUEL, GRID, TOCA $17.50/€16.00/£12.50, great value if you like racing games. Individual games are also on offer which is also tempting.

If you liked braid then check out http://store.steampowered.com/app/40930/

It's kind of braid - with pies.

The difficulty increases more slowly than braids also.

If its anything to go by I've played 578 hours.
I've played WoW, Bioshock, Mass Effect, Oblivion, Eve Online, Dragon Age, etc but this has the most replayability and longest life of a gave I've ever seen. Even a ton of teamliquid starcraft people play it. I strongly advise giving it a go.
Any extra thoughts on Altitude? I gave the demo a try and indeed it is pretty entertaining, especially with the variety of game formats. However when playing online I got severely whooped... is it a result of having played less and unlocked far less achievements/better planes?

The good players usually hang about on the Official Servers, a lot of new people die quite fast there. Try a bouncy walled server if you're learning, its more forgiving to learn on and has easier people to beat.
If you're still having trouble there are guides available. The choice of perks does make some difference but I'd say they are pretty well balanced.

Better Trailer

I never got into this, played for like 5 to 6 hours and was always super weak and broke.

Civilization IV is currently $10

Also, COD:MW2 is free for multiplayer over the weekend.

This is the complete edition, which includes all three expansions. This is quite a deal.

Particularly tilting since I bought Civ IV: Colonization for $40 in March (stupid retail store), and then Civ IV:Complete for $50 on steam, which included Civ IV:Colonization.
