I still haven't got round to playing Bioshock2, GTA4 and Crysis Warhead the last time I went on a steam spending spree.

Just bought spore for now as I won't have time to play most games probably. Not sure what I'm meant to do in the space age once I have the magical staff. Shrug.

Far worse than civ 4, which I got from steam with all the expansions for like $4 the other day

Some people like it though, the Civ 5 thread here covers it pretty well. Did the indie-game buyers get altitude?

It's a space flight/trade simulator

pretty time intensive, you can't jump right in and pwn stuff. Steep learning curve, but once you get going, the universe it yours to rape.

UI sucks, plot is meh. Plenty of mods to make it more awesome tho.

I'm glad I didn't pay too close attention to the Steam sale the last few days, or I would've kept buying ****. Bought Tropico 3, Batman, and the Monkey Island pack for $17 total today. I'm going to need to get all my family photos off the hard drive to make room for games soon.

Flatout Carnage only 2$. I bought this one and Tropico 3 as well. I think I bought almost 10 games so far. I wonder how many I will actually play...

I'm actually pretty proud of myself... most of my new steam games are from the humble bundle.

red dots are new.

Over the course of the year, I also played a big chunk of the AAA titles now on sale, so that helped too.

It does look pretty ****, and i was surprised at how addictive it is, the dungeons play like zelda and the shop is really simple.

Basically your dad runs off and owes alot of money to a "bank" so you have to open a item shop (where u buy items at a market or go do dungeons for better items) and u have to make x amount each week, starting at 10k then final payment of 500k. The 500k one was a bitch to do.
