Any EU playaz wanna team up for Ranked play? Soloing just plain sucks. Need at least one more on my team to help the carry! I'm not the best but wowowowow it's so hard to gain levels when someone ignores 100% objectives/leaves a team fight with full health to suddenly lane etcetcetcetcetectectc

I wish you could reset your hero league rank and do your placements again because I got placed way too high. 5-13 record since getting placed. Being called a noob in 80% of games win or lose is not fun. At least in QM no one gives a **** so even when losing no one gets mad and you can still have fun.

Still a fun game to play .

You can mute all at the beginning of the game. Chat is 100% unnecesary in this game.

Turned off ally chat a little while ago and my results improved. There is just way too much toxicity to deal with people.

I always thought allied chat was too important to turn off. I guess it wouldn't hurt too much trying out having it off.

On another note I tried out quick cast for the first time. First I tried it on muradin and it definitely made hitting storm bolts easier. Then I tried it on valla this morning and wasn't too keen on it. I didn't like not seeing the range on arrow/ms, since valla is a hero that wants to stay at max range for the most part. With muradin I am in people's faces and don't have to worry about the range on storm bolt. Any opinions on quickcast? Do you use it on some heroes and not on others?

I prefer the option that allows you to see where your shot goes when you hold down the button and uses the ability when you let go off the button. Works the same as quickcast if you just press the button but also allows you to aim better/see range if you have the time for it.
Firmly believe that quickcast is better than no quickcast though with maybe some exceptions, you may just need to get used to it.

So that's the on release option? What if I hold it in to line up a stun then the target blinks out, can i cancel it or when I release will the spell go off anyways?

Iirc you can cancel it by using a new movement command but I haven't played in quite some time.

a lot (majority) of the pros dont use quickcast. I toggle it on or off depending on my hero - wish you could customize it so some are quickcasted and others are not. for example, id quickcast rehgar l shield and c heal, but would not quick cast totem.

in any event the characters with more skill shots i need qc off, most of the supports i need it on. the exception for support is brightwing for me, since the heal is passive I like having it on for the arcane flare. on the flip side, i like quick cast for diablo since you often need to combo fast and im very used to his charge range. i also played so much kael with quick cast that i like it on, otherwise it screws with my nether wind.

Blizzard has mentioned they want to make quickcast more configurable and the settings linked to your character but that was months ago so no idea if that is still the plan.

Joined the channel. Still only upto lvl 27 on this and have probably less than how many heroes I need to queue ranked. Splurged my full 10k on Sylvanas who I quite liked as a foil to Valla in the ranged AD role.

Feeling semi regret with this weeks f2p rotation. LtM is quite imba and skilling the selfheal 13 (and pressing q in general) feels a lot like free winning in disorganized pub games. Sick how she can just infinitely push through almost anything lvl 1 with it. Maybe save for her next, I do not like most supports in this game. #f2plyf

Yeah, morales is really strong in low level games. (She can be really strong in higher level games, too, but in a different way) I bought her a while ago and she's fun. Is in the rare position of a support who can def carry a bad team to victory, albeit in a different way.

Slyvanas is the best character for an elite player to bust up low level games and go on like 25 game win streaks or whatever. Other than that she's kinda weak right now.

I like them both since they have good dps, viable laning, mobility and a plan b built into their kits. I will probably 65/35 dps/siege with syl (always get arrow ulti). Her sustain option is just bad imho. She is terrible vs comps that can run at her. Valla doesn't have the best burst early game but 3 pretty viable dps options imo. I usually go for the right click build, but mix in arrow. I like the multishot built but I think the team fight options are better in pubs.

We should get a group to play together with comms. Was playing with McNulty and twentysack (I'm EggsIsEggs on bnet) and would be so much better with a group with comms.

Talk to McNulty about that. He forms the groups, the rest of us just play.

Had a blast playing with you guys yesterday. Team league is way more fun than the other variants. Hope we can get another together soon!
