Popular FORTNITE streamer Turner 'Tfue' Tenney is suing eSports company 'FaZe Clan' for allegedly restricting his business opportunities, along with pressuring minors to gamble illegally and consume alcohol.

Tfue alleges that his FaZe contract allows him to only retain 20% of revenue from sponsored YouTube/Twitch videos, with FaZe collecting the other 80%.

Tenney's lawyers also contend that FaZe is not in compliance with California's Talent Agency Act.

Keemstar has confirmed from a source that the contract details are legit. If true, this is pretty wild, even for the sewage that is the real money eSports biz.

If that contract is real then TFue is even more of a moron than I thought.

I put 100% of the contract issues on Tfue's shoulders since he signed it.

But there's so much more to it tho. Faze tried multiple times to restructure his contract and to pay him a million+ a year salary with Faze taking 0% of anything just to have him on their team, nothing.

Also OP doesn't even mention that Tfue wanted to start a new team as well which would be clearly directly competing with Faze.

Tfue is clearly the wrong one here honestly. They even showed how as good as tfue is that he had like 300~ viewers and the view chart graph after signing with Faze exponentially increasing to where it is today.

Keemstar has a piece of FaZe, take anything he says with a grain of salt.

Judging by how moronic Banks is acting about this whole thing, I'm guessing he does NOT want this to actually go to court and all this **** to come out into the open. Rumors of FaZe signing 11 year olds, underage drinking at their complexes, etc. They don't want regulators/labor boards around their ****.
