first you blink onto your target, preferably alone. then you hit the toss hotkey (should be W) and click on the hero (assuming you're close enough to the enemy hero you get a little bit of freedom in where you can click). toss will target the hero and it'll throw him into the air. the moment the toss begins and he starts rising, cast your stun right on top of where you are and by the time he lands, the stun will land on top of the enemy hero.
