The thing is the price is actually pretty reasonable.

It's kind of expensive but considering the number of hours I'll spend in the chair... it's pretty cheap.

I was gonna point you to a video review of that seat but couldn't find it. I know I have seen these guys http://www.youtube.com/user/simracingtonight try them out but the search function doesn't really work as it well as it should.

I hate to admit this but driving against virtually identical cars in an oval making only left turns in NASCAR events is actually kind of exciting.

So my buddy brings over his PS3 and GT5....we plug it in and fire it up. At the main page, it tells me i need to go to my home and select my profile pic and stuff. When i click "ok" it goes into the little rotating clock thing....and just stays like that. Is this happening to anyone else?

I was completely pissed by the time I finally got into my first race. Is pathetic. Disconnecting the PS3 from the internet helped when I was getting going. It was locking up while trying to access their server.

My new favorite. My dad had a 71 Maverick Grabber with the same paint and a silver decal on the hood, feels like I'm driving it.

Also, I gotta give props wrt sound. This thing sounds like a big V8, it feels so good to drive.

I actually had issues with long loading times with the game wasting time trying to get on the server until I got the PS3 properly connected to the Internet.

just got this game today, looks pretty ****ing nice.

questions...

what is that install thing where it needs 8gb of space and it says it will save loading times etc?

is the graphics on the shadows of the cars really bad, like just square blocks, for everyone else?

I had this problem day after launch so I just dont play connected PSN and it runs fine.

Man... actually doing the NASCAR events gave me a new found appreciation for NASCAR.

Anyone done much in B Spec? Going to do that tonight, do you use the cars you own? Be so much easier that way, cant be arsed having a dumb AI driver driving a Yaris around.... Rather giving him my Motul racing Civc
