Prices rose quite a bit overnight, didn't expect that. So many kids panic buying now aswell. Last year the prices were at their lowest right before defenders got released, so hopefully we'll see a drop in the next hours and I'll pick up my high rated players

Decent sized drop for players I'm looking at buying back.. Average then to now (roughly) :

Aguero 250k >>>> 200k

Di Maria 125k >>>> 92k

last year i looked at a bunch of expensive players after TOTY was finished and the bottom was Friday/Saturday. i've seen a few people say prices are the lowest right be4 the defenders are released, why do you think that FishNChips?

Right when the TOTY defenders are released a TON of packs are opened. Everyone knows this, so a lot of people think that's the best time to buy their players. Therefore i buy my players right before all these people start to panic buy.

This happened with NIF Ibra last year - He went down slowly during the day, but when TOTY defenders got released he quickly rose back up because everone had the same plan. Iirc he didn't drop that low again during the whole TOTY crash.

I'm talking about players like Messi, Ibra and Ronaldo though, because they won't even be in that many packs. Cheaper players that are gonna be packed loads (<200k players) are probably smarter to buy later in the week as you said.

that makes sense. i think i looked at cards in the 50-500k range.

People def panic selling, picked up a couple of agueros for 215k. Mine sold during the day today for 245k, Also had a IF Lichsteiner as he was in my team bought him during TOTW for 22k or so and hes been price fixed up to 65kish wish i had more than one to sell as he was bought in a few mins at a couple of k under the rest.

Picked up an Aguero for 200k BIN. Some were going through at 190 but I couldn't get in. It was still on 1hr when it sold lol

Yeh i probably tried buying 10+ Agueros for 190-215k and got 0, lots of people are doing it atm, hopefully in a while the kids go bed leaving more bargains
