So much so I abandoned the Silver Tourn and went ahead and played my Silvers in the Advanced cup. Long story short, 2-2 after I take lead again, I crush him on pens I save 2 of his first 3 and he never gets near one of mine.

Now I have him calling me a cheat, threatening to report me to EA etc...LMFAO, this is FUN!

As for how Im finding silvers, fkn frustrating, but Im learning how to appreciate the ball more and not just look for that fast counter or 1-2. the first goal I scored in that game was so nice because it was everything I had been working on all rolled into 1 move!

I need more pace up front, and more skill moves out wide. Im not happy with the balance, El Shaar isnt fast enough to play up front although hes doing well, Marlos feels wasted, I miss having a trick or 2 with Berola, I'll get the balance right though.

Did you notice that you weren't as lacking in pace as you should have been considering the difference in the pace of your players compared to opponent? I feel like every time a play a silver team they are faster than Nilmar and this never really happens against golds so Im curious if there is some advantage given to the silver players when they go against a gold team.

All my silvers have like 85+ pace. Except my front 2 who both have 80.

Yea you get the 'toffs' playing silvers who see themselves too good for golds so use silvers. They are just as bad so even the more easier to crush

I know i have contradicted you a ton recently but El Shaar is my fav UT player followed closely by Azevedo. 5* weak foot, 5* skills. Insane balance and 1 hell of a finesse + power shot. Nothing hes bad at.

Oh Im loving El Shaar, he still manages to run away from defenders, the link up between him and Coutinho is special.

Marlos is left isolated out wide though... Shame really, 240k to get wasted, lol

Ahhh yes, def the scummiest form of FUT, Semi final, he scores from 30 yards after I'd dominated, then kept ball and spammed lobbed through balls from back to front with his 2 beast STs smashing my defence out of the way, gg.

Is it just me, or are last ditch tackles/blocks common place? Cant seem to get a shot away.

i just got really impatient cause none of my players were selling even though the BIN's were all on the low side, so I just put up IF neymar ST, robinho CF, and maicon i think (all 4-3-1-2) for rly cheap. think i put neymar up for like 112k and i bought him for 135 i believe.

i prefer silvers 100%, game seems a little more forgiving and you dont get auto punished for mistakes from the top strikers as you do in gold.

Any recommendations on good IF Silvers? hopefullly Spanish or BBVA players
