It is just the same game. The reason H2H makes you improve faster (IMO) is the league system and the fact that you'll play most of your matches against similarly matched players. If you're in division 1 you're playing against good players in almost every match which should see you improve faster.

Barcelona style is just harder to make work in UT since you've got less time with your decisions but still perfectly doable.
I feel like neo from the matrix if I play H2H now, you've got a lot more time to decide what to do with the ball.

There's just as many good players on UT but you don't meet them as often because it pairs you up based on team rating/tourney requirements rather than player skill.

I think in 100ish games of fut I played maybe 5 games versus opponents that I think could potentially make D1 in H2H, and one against a player who outclassed me (while in H2H past D3 maybe 25% of the guys outclassed me, 35% were of comparable skill and 40% were a bit weaker) . When you play in D3+, well everybody is solid and makes very few mistakes you of course adjust and improve faster.

me too, maybe closer to 60% on the Poss but dunno really. I play very direct and mainly lose the ball on a skill run.
I'm still in the bottom division on H2H but I've got a perfect 3 and 0 record there so I can't really comment on that side much.

Everything's faster on UT so it exaggerates the weaker player's mistakes and makes strong players a right pain to play against, guess I'd need to play a bunch of H2H to test my theory though but I cba with that.

Never playing in a 41212 in any FIFA game, but am thinking about putting this team together and was hoping for some input. Should I try out the 41212 w/ players out of chem or in H2H before I buy all of these players?

Does this team fit my: all short passes, a lot of 1-2s, low pressure Def, no long ball, only cross if they stack the middle and force me out wide, beat bitches up style?

I find Villa to be wasted out wide as a LM. I would also look at Pepe over Puyol(Puyol is a little too slow for my taste in the back). Also, I find Torres and Aguero too similar of players in game. I prefer Aguero over Torres.

No where else to fit Villa in the 41212 is there? I like the Pepe over Puyol switch (saves money too!). Who do you suggest putting up top?

For the chemistry, I would go for Drogba, upgraded Demba Ba, IF Soldado.

I feel that Torres and Aguero both play way too similar, and I like to have a more pacey striker paired with a stronger/better in the air striker

But I'm thinking hard about switching to a 4-1-2-1-2 b/c I think Im not getting a huge use out of having 2 CDM and I think it would be a big advantage to be able to eventually use IF Nene. So I was thinking about trying to build

I know it might cost a fair amount b/c of cost difference to get the different formation players, but it seems like it would be a way better team. Any thoughts? I am afraid that suddenly Im going to feel exposed at defense, but everyone on my back line has such good pace it shouldnt be a problem right?

What was disappointing in your mind? I've never used him so I don't have anything to compare to, but his stats just seems really sweet. (I don't do any fancy dribbling so if thats his weakness then I wouldn't be too concerned) I mostly wanted someone with pretty good pace who could maybe run by one person down the sideline and then through ball to Nilmar/Pato or cut in for a shot from outside the box. I usually do that sort of thing with robihno, but his passing/shooting seem to let me down a lot.

IF Nene is legit, took me 2 minutes to get my first goal w him and 6 min for first asssist

nooooooo!! Just had 2 awesome goals where I just completely schooled the keep and walked it in, bastard had to quit at half tho so I couldn't save the replay.

Just played with 4 different teams in Div 5 to get promoted.. 2 wins with Bayern, then I got in a funk and drew with Brazil, France, Madrid, and just finished 2 games with Man City..5-0 at half, he quit. Next game 6-0 at half, he quit.

I scored a wonder goal with El Shaar earlier. Beat 2-3 players with skill moves between Azevedo and El Shaarawy. Then I did Hocus Pocus and on exit hit the finesse shot from the very far corner outside the box. Went right on the top corner.
