Might as well just post the trailer. (edit: nm, you posted before it was released)

Looks amazing, unsurprisingly.

IMO, it has a chance for end of this year. Skyrim and Fallout 3 both came out around the same time, October and November, not that it's all that relevant. No later than early 2016 tho.

Meh, they don't look incredible, I agree. Isn't this usual with Bethesda games? It's not like their ever look awful tho.

I expected more. Looks more like 3.5. FFS, the character models still run the same goddamn way they ran five years ago!

Will never ever not mark out like a little kid for "War... War never changes".

So hyped.

I still haven't forgiven Bethesda for making the first 6 weeks of New Vegas essentially an open beta. Got locked out at the gates and was so angry with them I put it down for six months.

That said, I'm a little bitch with no conviction and will preorder this **** surely.

Disagree with the bolded. They've definitely overhauled the character models and they now appear to look relatively fluid. That wasn't the case with FO3 and NV.

As for the graphics, they are a huge upgrade over the previous games imo. Textures are way, way sharper across the board. It's just hard to make a game based on a post-nuclear landscape look particularly pretty, but I'm pretty happy with how it looks at this stage.

New Vegas was made by Obsidian, a different company.

Every Fallout release has been in the autumn (presumably because, in the Fallout universe, judgment day is October 23), so there's a shot it'll be released September/October this year.

I own Fallout: New Vegas, but only got as far as creating a character and completing the first mission. I suppose I should at least start it before getting Fallout 4.

I actually never finished New Vegas. I got it early on, a couple days after release. **** was super buggy and just didn't get in to it. Obsidian games have always been hit or miss for me anyways. Should I go back and finish it?

Fallout 3 was amazing though. Sunk 200+ hours in to it. Have never been disappointed by a single Bethesda developed title, super stoked for this.

Yes. New Vegas is better than Fallout 3 in almost every way, imo.

I've heard a few people say this but man I just find New Vegas to be boring compared to FO3. I played them pretty far apart (FO3 in 2009-2010 and NV just this year), but I remember being compelled to explore and traverse the subways in FO3 whereas I feel like all I do in NV is fast travel places to have conversations to complete missions because the Wasteland is so empty. There are more options and factors at play in NV but I just don't really care about them.

In any case the first 2 games are the best.
