Damn your bump. Here're some funnies. I remember this appearing on my radar when it started last December then forgot about it, but apparently the nearly defunct Interplay* started up Black Isle again with a new team and used a sketchy crowd-funding site called InvestedIn to raise money to produce a game called
V13, which they never refer directly to as a Fallout sequel because Interplay doesn't own the rights anymore, but they heavily hint at it. Very weird. Here's a

My take is that someone bought Interplay at a garage sale, spent 2 minutes on wikipedia and found their most influential IP, and had their grandson develop a wordpress site to milk some crowd funding dollars.
