Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I posted this in the general thread but it's probably better served here.

Nothing too groundbreaking I suppose for anybody who has followed the series, thought it was an interesting video though. The dude who makes that video is awesome btw, everybody should subscribe to his channel asap.

Also, a couple questions for anybody who is a diehard fan of the series:

1) Is the original Xbox game Morrowind worth playing still after having played Oblivion and several other newer RPGs? I just don't want to play a game that's so outdated that it doesn't keep my attention. From what I've heard this probably won't be the case, I just want to hear from the 2p2 crowd.

2) I still haven't touched the Shivering Isles disc on Oblivion. Is that a mistake?

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

No idea how buggy the mod is, I've uninstalled most of my games until I've done all my work

Cliffs: Dude saw an hour of the game and talked with the developers.

Some new screens in there.

I couldn't get into Oblivion on the PS3 the fighting was too choppy for me to get the hang of. Now it just sits on my shelf taking up space.

Oblivion is all about mods imo. I wouldn't have ever played more than 2 hours on ps3 imo.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I only played about 5hrs learned the mini game speech thing and spent most of my time doing that.

I really tried to get into it but I really couldn't.

Gee, it's a wonder why you didn't enjoy it. The mini game speech thing was my FAVORITE part of that game.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

I played Oblivion on 360 but after trading in my disc for the 5th time on hour 20 of gameplay, I just lost interest.

Just ordered it for PC and am going to play through it again now that there's no poker.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Honestly if I had a PC capable of running games I would play Obsidian games on that since everyone always talks about how much better (and basically made for PC) their games are on the PC. Maybe one day I'll get a gaming PC.

Re: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

Gaming PCs arnt too expensive if you build them yourself. You can build a budget PC for around $500 which will be able to run everything on high.
