dang pretty cheap deck ill give this a go

so far the only streamer ive watched is brandford lee, plays mostly control mage which looks really fun to play with all the brilliant experiment loops with ayrenn stuff but expensive af to make

will be getting rank 5 across the servers in hs but dont think ill be grinding legend till the xpac comes out now that im playing this

its seems pretty easy to bulid a collection with arena and the win 3 games awards think i read somewhere the cards you get are random so getting a legendary is possible.

another great anti meta deck right now that doesnt cost much (only 1 legendary and it is FAR from necessary)

you dont see a ton of red and yellow but this one is amazing at punishing

the epics above 4 mana are pretty key though, rest is replaceable

I think this game is more accessible because of the 50 card deck limit, legendaries are not as impactful on a deck as in HS

Is it though? I hit rank 7 and I'm just getting matched up against rank 3 -5 people with full net decks. Lost guy opened with the listener and killed me with tazgad or whatever. Also had 3 burn and pillage and 3 of the epics that death rattle heal and deal 3 damage...all of which won him the game. I had no chance.

i think its less accessible tbh cause some decks use like 3x a copy of legendaries... 3x epic might be worse though cause those are regularly seen.

The feeling from getting a card and gold every 3 wins though yummy

I dunno, I'm doing well with my netdecked mage, it uses 0 legendaries and just a handful of epics, divine fervor is so damn OP

rank 5 with barely any effort so far.

i think the 50 card limit makes it more accessible because it's not like HS where if you're missing 1/2 copies you may as well just not play the deck. If you have 2/3 copies of an epic it's not usually gonna break your deck if you use something else unless it's a total win condition card

yeah ramp is viable, some very greedy ones can run that one but usually they use the 4 dmg aoe dragon for 12 magicka

Game seems much easier to be F2P than HS, way more generous rewards.

First off, packs come with 6 cards rather than 5.
The drop rate of higher rarity cards seems slightly higher than HS.
You get 15 gold per 3 wins rather than 10.
You also get a common card every 3 wins.
The crafting costs are also less expensive.

Finally got a 9 win solo arena run and the rewards, while generous, were actually slightly worse than the rewards I got for a 6 win run

I got three packs for the six win run including a golden legendary, only one pack with the 9 win run, plus gold but slightly less gold than I paid to do the run. Weird

i just realized u dont get any 3 wins rewards from solo arena so versus arena is probably always more worth it? Also better practice against people that play like real people...

Mull into your early removal spells/Harpy. Set all your creatures in one lane and then play Pillaging Tribune. Then Brilliant Experiment it or just play another one.

So apparently there's a hidden mmr used for arena matchmaking. Was wondering why I suddenly started to run into really good opponents so often after a bunch of successful arenas. If they're going to do that they could at least have a viewable ladder so that you can see how you are doing.

gettin back into ranked after a few nights playing arena and made this, it's a modified version of one I found on Legends-decks



So far I'm 5-1 with it so lolsamplesize but the wins haven't been close, only loss was to a fairly close mirror



easy as pie to run, just hit face and use your removal on minions, plus no legendaries!

I don't like the idea of an mmr in arena.

I crafted my first proper deck last night which has to be the cheapest viable deck at 47 commons and 3 rareshttp://www.legends-decks.com/deck/50...hree-rare-mage.

Fun to play as well with a lot of thinking involved.

It is pretty stupid. If the game had a higher player base it would mean pretty much everyone would average 3 wins after a while. At the moment it's probably low enough that it will match you down if your mmr is at the higher end a decent amount of the time.

As soon as I launch legends my videos stop playing properly. It affects youtube, twitch and other random video players but not spotify. Anyone else experienced something similar?
