I am, but I also carry a TP (or 3) at all times so I'm not the kind of mid who doesn't gank or respond to pressure.

You're correct about people locking mid, but I've just tried to be that guy who does it first. There are still games where some other guy puts his behind mine and then first picks SF. Then you gotta adapt and hope he doesn't suck.

In games where everyone goes full 3k and you wind up with 4 agility carries against a real lineup, you just accept that you can't win them all. Also, mute early, mute often. Wait 5 mins to queue next if you get an extremely toxic team.

Sometimes in Dota just sitting back and making people waste the time on rotating is the best strategic move... hard to get used to, since it's like winning by doing nothing but it really can make a difference if people send 3 on you and they have to waste their time with a wasted gank (higher TP cd's now too).
Yep. Easily the least understood concept in 3k. Same goes for the offlane. If you're against a Sven/AA/Rhasta trilane as offlane Necro, just leave. Go find something else to do. We have a jungle Huskar and our mid isn't going to be able to fix your ****ty lane at level 4. Soak exp behind tower or go jungle with the Huskar, because you feeding the Sven isn't helping. Wait for the supports to go away before trying to contest the lane.

You can usually see a lineup loss right after the draft, but too many people help it along by not taking basic precautions to avoid feeding.

Not necessarily least understood, I think quite a few people lack the discipline. Gotta get this last creepwave and then I'll really go back when you know it's probably too risky. Or if you know you REALLY shouldn't be there anymore you sometimes think: okay I'll just quickly take all but the siege creep and then back off. Or maybe that's just me.

edit: or wait you were talking about useful things for supports if they aren't needed in lane?

I was referring to his comment about playing safe and letting the enemy waste their time.

I don't think supports getting full use out of pulling the jungle to secure farm and exp is something to expect in 3k. Especially because you invariably have a Slark carry in your safelane who doesn't have a stout shield and cannot last hit under tower, even with the Quelling Blade he brought to lane.

not that useful for wisp tho
Honesty, I right click a ton with Wisp at the beginning of almost every lane and getting 2-3 extra right clicks is huge.

all of sudden i really want to see team NP not even qualify for TI, bwahahahah. and DC neither, hahaha. Team Freedom GOGOGO

that way, CCnC and 1437 will have qualified over Mason and EE respectively, man this would be too good, ONE TIME~!

we also gonna see a Wheel vs Col tiebreaker tonight i think too... good dotes Ahoy

KBBQ is so **** funny actually, this BTS stream has been pretty on point

It would be like being called TheCracker. Not sure it's unambiguously racist.

^ in US **** is a historically used racial slur used by mainly whites against blacks. has the same sting as the n-word. it's just not a name that should be allowed in e-sports if we care about having an american audience in e-sports, which i think people do want that

O man hype Tiebreakers for NA... DC just 322, might go to DC vs Col then possible time decider

Nvm, they lost

As I said it's like being called TheCracker from Europe. Not like ******. It has no other meaning.
