Anyone played since TI started? Servers are at an all time low. Literally every game is cancer on both sides.

The full carry or blink/full carry SF build is scary. It's sort of like AM where he can get an item ahead, but a carry/stats SF is just generally hard to kill and dishes out such ridiculous damage in that 4-5 item zone that it seems hard to beat, very snowbally

It's been months since I've played a real game of dota. Some times I play and throw games intentionally because it is a huge stress reliever for me, but otherwise I been playing exclusively enfos.

The team coming from the LB already has the disadvantage of playing a Bo3 against a different team on the same day (A Bo3 they likely gameplanned a lot more for than grand finals). It's difficult to give an appropriate advantage to the WB team given that, IMO. Also making it fair for production and the fans is important too. If you gave the WB team a 1-0 lead, they could 2-0 and be done with it, not very appropriate for a grand finals IMO. Same thing would happen if you made it a Bo3 that extends or becomes a new Bo3 if the WB team loses, they could sweep 2-0 and it'd be over, BORING.

its definitely very unfair and theres no denying that imo, the advantage should be much bigger than something that has maybe a 1-2 % advantage (and some argue having the momentum/practice of playing more games in losers is actually better...)

but yes winners advantage also lessens the hype thats the main reason they dont do it. or they feel it would be too many games if they did one bo3 first and then a bo5 if the losers' team won that

Didn't they used to give a 1-0 advantage to the WB champ in the grand finals and make it a bo5. That was the best option imo

only at ti1, and everyone complained about it then too.

I prefer not having 1 game advantage. In the end, you should have to win an actual bo5 to become champion.

bo3 -> bo5 doesn't work either, because then winner's bracket team can still take first after only a bo3.

wb team should get a free coin flip win if it goes to g5 or something like that though.
