Destiny 2 (and the original) - Page 21 - Video Games

Got an exotic bounty today! Had to pick from 3 options: pulse rifle, shotty, hand cannon... I went with the hand cannon Thorn. A few hours later and I got my first two legendaries from engrams: a pulse and a shotty!

Still stuck on getting +500 score in crucible from void weapons only though. I had to spend some time time trying to get a void damage sniper/shotty first... save your weapons with various damage types people!

I got this too at around the same time, first few stages were pretty easy. 500 void kill points in crucible was pretty hard - I had scrapped most of my crappy void weaponry! Finished that of just now, I found Rumble / Clash with a fusion rifle, and a void LMG (always go for the heavy ammo) best for me to get the 500 points. And of course use a void energy class if you are Warlock / Titan.

Now the next real stage is omg brutal! We should party up if you're at this stage, we'll likely need another too.

I'm on 360, all ready to do the raid now.

I actually did beat the final mission, as 3 level 24's. It took some time lol. I almost have Thorns piercing damage upgrade... can't wait. I hope it's big damage...

Take arc/solar damage fusion rifles and rockets... and remember to forget Phogoth, just kill minions/spawn drop ships until Xyor arrives.

Nice job! yeah so looking forward to Thorn, I'm a hand cannon user in PVE normally anyway so hoping it's awesome! Tough decisions though, I got a Plan C yesterday and only one exotic per side...

now i need to do 5 strikes without dying, is it 5 consecutive strikes or 5 total?
also, whats the easiest strike?

The mars one and the venus one (where you go left at the start) are the easiest by far.

i would say the earth strike is the easiest

if you're not going full rambo style the only real chance of death is getting one shot by the spider tank thingy. the giant eye guy never kills anyone really.

So I have tried to do this raid a couple times and I just spawn by myself and try and solo the first mob and obv I'm not about to get very far.

Do you have to invite people to do it?

You need a full fireteam of six and about 12 hours over the course of a week. Solo is probably impossible.

Alright, I will get on that. I was kinda waiting to hit 28-30 to come over to ps4 and pwn. I'm one upgrade from 26 now.

My only complaint so far is all of the simultaneous death in crucible. If you have a good connection you can basically guarantee at worst going 1-1 against another person that has a shotgun, likely can just pwn everyone.

Mentioned these in the chat, this is the controller tops I bought - repair my shiny / crumbling DS4 left stick. I use the ones with 4 small dots, fell kinda close to x360 stick with them on.

So I and a group did took on the vault of glass, we made it through to the last stage of the first boss fight before giving up for the night (after maybe 40 fails).

It is INSANE how hard it is. But also seriously awesome, I don't think anything like it has been done in FPS games before. The entire fight has 3 or so stages that you need to progress too (2 before you can even be able to damage the boss) and it was amazing.
