Bear in mind almost any headset for a mobile phone works with the DS4 - It's the fancy ones that can be troublesome. I use cheapo ones from Tesco I got for my phone, like this: http://www.tesco.com/direct/mitec-sk...skuId=239-8212 (though for all I know I might sound awful lol). The included Sony one was hugely uncomfortable for my ears.

I have some Turtle Beach X something, that's a great hassle to connect up. It needs USB power, and an adapter to join the audio and microphone connectors to a single 3-ring 3.5mm connector.They do sound good, though I really prefer game sound to come from the normal speakers I think and just have chat in one ear.

So yea, getting supercharged and slamming a nova on a flag that's about to be taken by 3 guys is the absolute nuts

obv do whatever you like, game s mostly options! but I'd advise against starting a 2nd char for a subclass. I believe you can have only 3 chars, so having 2 Hunters means you will have to kill one if you want a Warlock and Titan later on. Also, it can be valuable being able to switch subclass mid-battle if need be (penalty being only you lose what super meter you have built up to that point)

I ended up getting what I guess is the official PS4 headset.

I'm on ps3 still. Going to buy a ps4 in the next couple days. Got the $90 destiny game and now just gonna figure what I can do for ps4/headset value combo, seems like not much but have just started my research.

Since I got into crucible I've been playing mostly that. Such a great way to be able to level. Keeping my k/d around 1.0 and being in the top 2-3 every game at level 10 is an interesting challenge.

Sniping is so fun, once you know all the maps it's going to be even more powerful than halo2 imo, where a good sniper was just unstoppable.

I'm still not sure what the scaling actually is for the gear and level, etc. Seems to make a pretty decent difference when I go to kill 24.

Going to be on the crucible again in a bit.

I had doubts about this game but holy ****. Haven't felt this way about a game since halo2.

I didn't do anything with the headset when I got home b/c I had some stuff to do and football was starting soon. Just checked it out and didn't realize/think about needing to charge the head phones. I could use them with the wire but **** that. I bought wireless for a reason.

I hate wasting valuable charging time.

How do ya'll manage your weapon parts/sapphire wires? Save for purples or spend them on lvl 18+ blues all day?

I'm not max level yet but my standard strat is this spot is to save everything as much as possible toward best in slot, unless you really are hitting a wall gear wise

I guess i'm in the minority but i kinda thought pvp sucked the couple times I played it. Although it may just be because I am terrible at it, but I was expecting pvp to be awesome coming from bungie. PvE is awesome tho.

I had a hard time seeing the people I was supposed to be shooting in PvP. I'd be moving around trying to find someone when BOOM HEADSHOT!!! and I was dead.....again.

I was kind of hoping the Moon would have different gravity than Earth instead of it just being another map.

been playing this quite a bit on xb1. Really loved it to start of with but now i just cant stop comparing it too halo2 and how great of a game that was. PvP crucible just sucks ass imo, skill is just taken out of it farrrrrr too much due to the amount of 1 shot kill weapons there are and how frequent it is. If you have a special there should be someway to block someone else's special. Or they should just delay how quick you get your special.

The biggest problem i have with the game is the ammo on most guns just suck so if you're in a 2v1 sitiuation, or a 1v1 killing a guy and having to fight another, its just impossible for you too win because you have to reload and you cant reload whilst running. Give me a br where you could at least kill a couple of people without having to reload first. It just adds less skill to the game this way.

Where are the maps aswell, just making a map dark isnt going to fool me bungie lol
