Gotta wait for NG+ and he'll still have all my stuff just sucks since I was farming stones and basically just hit my item burden . Now I can't loot any of the goods closing in on the endgame.

Has anyone hit NG+ yet? I've only been able to play a little bit at a time and have only beaten 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, and 4-1.

alright finally got around to playing again. stupid poker got in the way. Play threw 1-1 4 times on different characters before I decided on the one I liked best. Which was royalty, the class i played threw the first time. Cleared 1-1 and 1-2 with out dying and picked up all the loot and killed every possible but the Red Eye Knight.

any advice on what armor things I should be buying or what stats are the most important?

Any tips for 1-4 boss? BTW all the Youtube videos I am watching they have a magic weapon on the up on the directional pad. How do I get one of thems?

Timmay, you need to arm the wooden activator thingy, ideally in your left hand. Switch to it, then use Up on the d pad to choose the magic you want to use. To use it, press the L1 bumper.

um, no, you just need to train a spell iirc, and memorize it. I dunno, its a bit confusing.

You have to buy spells, then "memorize them" from him (essentially choosing which to equip), then have a catalyst (magic wand) equiped in your off hand. Hold/tap L1 and watch stuff die in a blaze of magical fury.

I started playing through a second time. I got through 1-1, 1-2, 2-1, 2-2, and 2-3...and am currently getting owned by 1-3. My frustration is getting in the way a lot more the second time around.

just rerolled a royalty starting class for the ring and got him to half without even thinking i had a chance. wondering if its worth my time to go back and try...or does he just go nuclear if he gets close to death?

I just picked up this game and its pretty cool. Played a few different characters to decide what i wanted to be and settled with a soldier. Beat the big blob, the big knight and the spider. gunna put in some more work tonight.

I bought this game on a friend's advice the other day and sat down tonight to play it. Five hours later I'm hooked. I have intentionally not read much of this thread to avoid spoilers, but early on they were looking for comparisons, and that is easy:

This is Maximo meets RPG stat-management. And Maximo was the 3D version of Ghosts and Goblins. The "difficulty" isn't that the game cheats you, it is that it is unforgiving. Do things right, or die and go do it again until you get it right.

They seriously do need an actual "pause" on it, though. I really shouldn't be having to worry about getting attacked while on a pee break

you shouldn't get attacked if you are in an area w/o enemy's since they aren't just roaming around.

Haven't played this for a week or so, been too busy.
