I have logged 160 hours in this game, all with a single playthrough (never started a new game). Currently it is 1297 A.D., I am the emperor of the HRE and Brittania with like 8 kingdoms and 4 vassal kingdoms.

- I never payed attention to proper breeding, so my next heir will have like 6 stewardship and 8 diplomacy. I find optimizing this not fun, mostly because there is no way in game to find marriage partners based on certain filters (traits/claims etc.).
- My dynasty has 200 members
- Army management is still the least fun aspect of the game. I can raise 350k levies in my realm, getting them to all corners in the world, gathering, dismissing etc. is annoying
- Plotting in an empire is out of hand, after I clean up all plots, within a span of 5 years, there are 50 new plots (no exaggeration). Why can there not be a "End All Plots" functionality? It takes a gazillion clicks each time (Diplomacy, Scroll Down, Select Char, Go to Char Diplomacy, End Plot, goto 1)
- I took over the HRE with Autonomous Vassals, and I first switched to Free Investiture instead of upping Crown Authority right away. Now I can not change Crown Authority, and it will take 4 more rulers (i.e. 100 years?!) to get Crown Authority to the desired level. Can not revoke titles

All in all, greatest Paradox game ever

I didnt like the muslim expansion at first, but as I play it, its growing on me. The succession adds a twist in the game as there are almost always succession crises and you can pretty much choose your heir by giving them more land

I didn't buy SoI either.

Some cool things:
Better plot system
Polygamy and decadence for Muslims (Muslims and Christians feel different now)
Strong and weak claims
Army leadership traits (inspiring leader, organized, tricky, etc) and influence based on traits and skill
Better AI (they assault castles now instead of just sieging)
More narrative and humor written into the game

Imagine the awesomeness of new kingdoms popping up everywhere with no empire to **** everything up!

Just tried it with cheats, most awesome thing ever ( to get 4 duchies quick ).

You can create any kingdom with the name of your primary title as long as you have 4 duchies. Changing your primary also changes your kingdom name. Wit the fact that there are no pre-existing kingdoms, every game is unique.

Makes for a very interesting game.

edit: now I just need to transform CK2 plus into broken kingdoms.

Don't have my pc right now, but I'm nearly done, just need to fix a few problems like a french duke controlling 3 duchies at the start, which would be terribly OP. After that I'll play test it once to see if there are any errors and then I'll upload it here with a few versions.

I'll also look into what can be added on the side, but the first version will just be CK2+ ( latest version ) with vanilla kingdoms & empire modded out ( as in not currently formed, still formable ), balanced and then formable auto-generated kingdoms set up.

ETA is around 6 hours from now, when I'm home.

it's CK2+ with no kingdoms / empires and generated titural titles. 4 duchies make a kingdome, 3 kings make an empire.

just unzip both files in the mod folder and select in the launcher. Compatible with the latest version and all DLC I think.

Bugs are very possible

I'm trying the mod out. Sultanate of Damascus just formed from the big blob Emir east of Jereusalem, p cool.

One possible issue, the CK2+ De Jure kingdoms are all still in, and they seem to be forming first before the duchy-based ones. For example, the Sultanates of Azerbaijan and Syria formed before Damascus, despite being much smaller. For example, Azerbaijan is getting shoved around by the Seljuk remnant.
