Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare is to be released on November 4, 2016.



I'll be getting a PS4 and this if there is no super jumping. That's what's kept me away from the previous two versions. I'm hopeful, and this is an Infinity Ward title, which I tend to prefer. However, several people have futuristic looking suits on in the trailer so I'm a little concerned.

Also cod4 is being remastered, and released with the new infinity ward game later this year. 10 multiplayer maps, single player campaign, and dedicated servers. PC/PS4/XB1 only.

I feel the same way. I wish they would just quit with the futuristic line and just make a war game like they used to make. If I wanted to play Titanfall or Halo I would just play Titanfall or Halo.

Only buying COD: Space Jam to get remastered COD 4.

Looks like generic COD schlock except for a couple of those space scenes in the trailer. Also more excited about the remastered COD4. Possibly a brilliantly infuriating play by Activision forcing you to buy the new game to play it.

id prob just buy battlfield 5 and leave call of duty in the dust unless you like playing inferior first person shooters

Can you get remastered COD4 without getting IW? I want that but the new one looks meh.

Yeah I'll get this just for MW remastered. It probably won't be as great as I remember it being and I'll have wasted $80 on another COD that sits on my shelf.

Having never played cod4 I will buying this for that game only.

I got Advanced Warfare on the release date. Tonight I finally finished all of the prestiges. I'm ready for this game.

Side note: found BO III for $30 and thinking of getting it but meh. Four months for a new one.

Like they could have just made the remaster and saved the dev costs on 20,000 man-hours of mechsuit mesh modeling and texturing. Then next year reskin WaW with some gameplay tweaks. Pretty soon it's time to do it all over again for nextgen hardware and VR. The same two games with a fresh coat of paint in perpetuity, and I'd pay up for it every single year. Instead, they haven't received a single dollar of my money in like 5 years now?

Zombies is a lot of fun. Haven't touched multiplayer though.

Same. When I bought this I didn't even know there was a zombie mode. Me and my daughter be loving the zombies. Eventually I'll get to multiplayer but between zombies and MW, it may be a while.

As someone who only buys 1 game a year which is always COD - I actually don't mind the busy jumping. AW was a bit extreme, but they've toned it down to a "reasonable" amount now. The MWRM really made me appreciate how much I've actually come to like the added elements as it reduces the effectiveness of camping to some extent.

It's early days for IW, and I'm not a huge fan yet tbh. It feels a bit fast and extremely connection dependent. That said, it might grow on me.

I really enjoyed AW and easily one of my favorite games, ever. Didn't get BO3. I don't really like IW so far but mostly because of the controls. It seems hard to wall run and change targets or just spin away from facing the wall sometimes. Perhaps it's just something that comes over time and I've only spent ~1hr playing it.

Seems like folks I play with hate it. Top 2 worst COD of all time alongside ghosts according to some (though tbh I loved ghosts)

This game is garbage. I've never been a fan of head glitching and in this game it's worse than ever. Maybe just the weapons I've used so far but it seems like they've all had zero bullet penetration.

After getting fed up with super connection dependent play and head glitching I tried the campaign. Holy **** that's awful. The lamest of storylines. There's literally a tidbit on the death screen about how the enemy faction has outlawed freedom. lol gtfo.

The difficulty is ******ed. Higher difficulties just result in you getting hit immediately on exciting cover and taking more damage. Enemies just hide behind cover occasionally popping out to be shot. It takes a few bullets to kill an enemy but the first couple knock them back behind cover and your stick waiting for them to pop back out. This makes "gameplay" into a tedious grind.

The ship stuff sucks. There's nothing visceral about it and it's not at all interesting.
