Tuesday, I thought

Oops my bad. Too much drinking this weekend and forgot what day it is. I might pick this up though. Kinda scared though as nothing seems to live up to CODs.

Waiting for reviews on this one.. looks like it has potential.. but honestly what does this game do that borderlands/tf2 don't?

You could ask similar questionsabout pretty much any game released now.
SC2, for example, did nothing new whatsoever. Rift is pretty much a worse version of WoW, Fallout New Vegas is a worse version of FO3, etc.

It looks like it combines borderlands and tf2 and bf. It adds in a new movement system.

Yea i see you're points for sure. But that also kinda makes my point at the same time... all those games you put on the shelf after a month or two of play.. besides sc2.. Sc2 is gonna stay around just because of what they built around the game with the ladders and such(obv).

I am just curious about the staying power of a game like this... It def looks like it has potential.

A little annoyed at how reviews for games never seem to appear until after they're released these days, I'd prob pick this up if it's cool but def waiting for some reviews first

I wanted to wait, but I may just buy it on amazon and take the $10 gift card and put it towards LA Noire and then get another 10 dollar gift card.

The video game industry could learn from the movie industry in that respect. =/
