First item I picked up caused me to sometimes teleport out of the room when hit by a boss, not made for a good run.

I can also say that picking up Dead Cat and exhausting all lives only counts for 1 death in the stat screen.

And I miss being able to shoot with the mouse

Beat MoM first run. I had a little dude who shot brimstone with me. (Prayer Card + battery too) It took me a while to figure out you could control when he fired. :P

I didn't get any devil rooms after killing the main bosses. I got one from a Joker card and unlocked Lazarus. I came across an item called Magic Fingers. It took a coin to use, but I couldn't tell what effect it was having

I had to jack the gamma way up too.

I also beaten mom on the first run, I love this game so much.

edit: oh, and I hate actually not being able to shoot with the mouse.

died on Mom 3rd run, seems there are very few damage items and the game seems a fair bit harder than the original
