I get what you mean, it's a great game and I was surprised that Edmund releasing it for free because he didn't think anyone would buy it, Steam persuaded him otherwise. At the same time I'm feeling a bit empty that 'I'm done' but also I'm happy that I have no longer urge to play it and feel no obligations. If there was a sequel I'd preorder it blindly though.

1st race was sick.
cobalt found his bosses super fast and it won him the race.
that laser was something.
2nd race not that great.

more races tonight wooohooo.
cant keep between speedruns stream and the races,busy weekend D

Subscribing since I've been on a BoI binge lately.

I don't have the WoL add-on. Watching some of the BOILeR races, it seems that the WoL add-on makes the game easier but longer? Seems some of those items, like the knife, are just insanely powerful. Plus it seems to have a decent amount of glitches, so I'm thinking of just staying away from it.

It's been a while but I remember Wrath of the Lamb making the game much harder actually. I def recommend it, but if you're going for Platinum God you might wanna get the no damage achievements before installing it.

If you can beat Mom's Heart and get a Angel or Devil deal, you can fight Satan without killing Mom's Heart ten times. On my second or third Mom kill I got a deal with the devil and unlocked Mom's Knife. Of course, I had Epic Fetus and it was totally a carry run, but I'll take it.

WoL def makes the game harder. I'm at 2 kills and 145 deaths right now, with both kills coming from runs with really good builds. Any advice on what to do when you get to Mom's foot and you're build is really weak?

just completed epic fetus challenge which seems an easy way to finish the game more times.
beat moms heart and died to a bullet and had to fight her again cause i had lives left.
chest was there with mom D
