Through about ten matches, I think I'm averaging about a .3 kill/death ratio. They need an 'I suck' division for ranked servers where just us fish can play against each other. Then maybe it wouldn't take me eight months to unlock a new weapon.

This. Playing on xbox and it took me like 3 hours to figure this out lol. Was running out of ammo very very quickly. Didn't notice too much of a difference from 3, but it was fun as hell.

Anyone wanna play some beta tonight(PC)? be advised I suck, but I guess it would be more enjoyable if at least 2-3 of us would try to capture/defend objectives...

Thanks for sharing .This is one of my favorite game ever and i would love to play it on my PC.I am waiting for its releasing date as the trailors of the games are looking interesting.Hope to have a good experience with it.

Maps are fun.

I like that they show weapon stats and quantify the effect of all attachments.

Recoil seems to me to be drastically reduced. Maybe it's my imagination. Aiming with LMGs was very easy even before unlocking attachments.

I think the orange highlighting of the enemy that kills you is super cheesy looking. Some of the HUD elements are cheesy looking as well, like the corner that has health and ammo. I'm nitpicking I guess.

MBT Law seems OP.

This is weird but it's far less obvious when you are taking damage in tanks. You don't get that siren when your vehicle is disabled because they don't have disabled vehicles anymore. And when you take hits like from another tank it's quiet or something. More than once I exploded and didn't even realize I had been damaged much.

PS3 complaints:
Can't invite friends to your squad when you're in the lobby. You have to join a server, then have them join you. Utterly insane.
Key bindings: they refuse to offer an option that mimics battlefield 3. Therefore tanks are significantly more difficult to drive.
Textures are ****. Looks worse than bf3.
I unchecked the 'show full servers' filter in the lobby but it still shows full servers. And you can't skip a page at a time using left right. So I literally had to hold 'down' for 20 seconds while it scrolled all the way to servers that had 5 or 6 open spots so I could join and have my friends join me.

I don't normally complain about new stuff. I usually like new things. But so far I would have been happier paying $60 for the 10 new maps and keeping the old game. Time will tell I guess.

What is the deal with hardcore servers? I can't find any. I've been told that I have to filter for custom servers but those have a mix of normal and hardcore-ish servers.

First impression: maps are fun and beautiful! The sound effects are fantastic, better than in BF3 and almost as good as in BFBC2. I love the sound of bullets flying by and hitting objects around me.

The only complain so far is lack of hardcore servers.

I filtered for regular and hardcore last night and noticed at least one hardcore.

I am super pissed off, played 4 matches, halfway through all of them the game crashes and can't connect to any server for a couple of minutes.

Apparently this is a really common problem on PC. What a **** release, I am sure the game is great if you actually get to play but I have never experienced anything like this.
