I thought about c/r'ing ott, but realized that if I thought I had the best hand otf there was no sense in turning my hand into a bluff, especially given the extra 8 outs I'd picked up. When I make a set otr, should I check or lead? Part of me thought that villain could easily have a K here, in which case lead is better. And how large should a donk bet be? Or should I check, hoping that villain will barrel again with air? I'm not entirely sure villain bets a K again here if he's got one, or even if he barrels again with air either...

You need a read on Villain to make this decision or at least some stats?? Some players are easier to vbet than others. If the villain is loose and bad he might call you with Kx, but you have to be willing to fold to a raise.

If you check he is only betting with two things, a straight or a bluff. Any pair adnd probably two pair are checking behind.

As you can see your decision is totally dependant on your opponent which we know nothing about! Does he bluff ever? Is he easy to value bet?

lead river for 14 dollars. fold to a raise. villain can have much much more than a king here, but he will most likely find it really difficult to reraise your donk with his value range that aren't a straight (which isn't very many combos).
you need to value bet 2p TP AA and sets. easy bet fold. i would go for the bigger side but less than pot for sure.

lol I'm not worried about villain having a straight. there are very few hands in his UTG opening range that contain a 9 or 4.

if u lead river ur hand looks like busted draws and Kx+. I dont think many regs are donk bluffing the river with a busted draw.

c-r looks the best, ur only getting called by KQ+, which bet the river anyway
